These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of jobsorbit.org (the "Site"), operated by Orbit ("Orbit," "we," "us"). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

1. What Orbit is

Orbit is a job board and resource hub. We aggregate and list job openings, and provide free resources — a resume builder directory, course listings, and other tools — to help job seekers. We are not the employer for any job listed on the Site, and we do not guarantee that any listing is accurate, current, or will result in an interview or offer.

2. Using job listings

Clicking "Apply" on a listing takes you to the employer's own site or application system, outside of Orbit's control.
We make reasonable efforts to keep listings current and remove expired ones, but we cannot guarantee every listing is still open, accurate, or legitimate.
Orbit is not a party to, and takes no responsibility for, any interview process, offer, employment relationship, or dispute between you and an employer.
Always use your own judgment before sharing personal information or paying any fee in connection with a "job" you find through the Site — legitimate employers do not charge candidates to apply or interview.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Scrape, copy, or republish job listings or content from the Site at scale without permission.
Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to access the Site in a way that disrupts its normal operation.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the admin panel or any non-public part of the Site.
Submit false, misleading, spam, or abusive content through the Contact form.
Use the Site to distribute malware or engage in any unlawful activity.

4. Third-party links and content

The Site links to external employer sites, course providers, resume tools, and other third-party resources (for example, the "AI Tools" and course/resume directories). These are provided for convenience only. We don't control, and aren't responsible for, the content, accuracy, or privacy practices of any third-party site you reach through a link on Orbit.

5. Advertising

The Site may display advertising served by Google AdSense and similar networks. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads, and displaying an ad does not constitute an endorsement by Orbit of the advertiser or its products.

6. Intellectual property

The Orbit name, logo, and original site content (excluding individual job postings sourced from employers, and third-party tool/course listings) belong to Orbit. You may not reproduce or redistribute Site content at scale without our written permission.

7. No warranty

The Site and its content are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that any job listing, tool recommendation, or course link will meet your expectations.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orbit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site, including but not limited to reliance on a job listing, interaction with an employer, or use of a linked third-party tool or service.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
